Michel Aglietta is a world economy expert, currently Professor of Economics at the University of Paris X: Nanterre. Michel is a scientific counsellor at CEPII, a member of the University Institute of France, and a consultant to Groupama. An alumnus of the École Polytechnique, from 1998 to 2006, he was a member of the Circle of Economists and a member of the Council of economic analysis for the French Prime Minister. Michel brings his knowledge, wisdom and mastery of world economics and trends to help define Hefcare foundation footsteps and vision. Michel has been nominated Knight of the Legion of Honor (Chevalier de la legion d’honneur) one the highest honors awarded by the French Government on January 1, 2016.

Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work at Baruch College and earned her Masters of Social Work at New York University. With both a Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Social Work, Rebecca approaches her leadership from a global reach, engaging multiple organizations and groups to identify and implement collaborative solutions to community problems and world crisis.

Director of the National Nonprofit Network Resources (NNNR), and VP at Hefcare Foundation. Winston oversees the foundation daily operations and “walk alongside” local and foreign community benefit organizations, increasing their effectiveness, efficiency and financial stability through planning, training, and facilitation and referral services.

Joackim comes to us with a rich history of technology, business, and customer relations experience. As a Director of Information Technology for a Fortune 500 company, he managed a team of 26 IT and IS professionals for various projects involving design, implementation and management of national and international WAN environments with over thirty centralized systems.

Assists our Global VP with day to day operations as a member of the Executive Board. She is responsible for managing Hefcare proceeds with QuickBooks. Her tasks include managing invoices, payments, balance sheets and creating flexible budgets. Carol has been an ongoing volunteer for numerous organizations worldwide.
